How does this theft protection program work?  If your vehicle is ever stolen, call Waypoint GPS at 888-876-3859 and we will activate the GPS system pre-installed in your vehicle. We will work with the local authorities to recover your vehicle.

What if my vehicle isn’t recovered?  If the recovery is unsuccessful after 30 days, please contact Century Automotive Services Corporation to file a warranty claim to see if you are eligible for the $5,000 Theft Benefit.

What is Waypoint GPS? A Real-time GPS system that utilizes 4G LTE cellular and satellite technology to give you, and your family, access to powerful vehicle analytics and location updates.

How often does my GPS location update?  Currently, your included plan allows for location updates as fast as once every 60-seconds.

Where can I find my login credentials?  You should have received a "Welcome" email around 24 hours after the purchase of your Comparion GPS Theft (from: support@waypointgps.com).  This email contained login credentials that will give you access to the online software and the mobile application. To re-request your username or password, please email the Waypoint GPS team at support@waypointgps.com.

Access our online Waypoint GPS software from any compatible web browser by logging in at protect.waypointgps.com. This online application gives you access to a lot of powerful benefits not featured on the app.  You’ll also be able to access your account settings, customize alert preferences, access a detailed historical playback feature, run detailed reports, customize your tracking icon and label and many other powerful features.
